46th New Year’s race

Organized by the Community of Sports Associations of the City of Varaždin, with the co-organization of the Athletic Club “Sloboda” and the patronage of the City of Varaždin, on January 1, 2025, exactly at midnight, the 46th New Year’s race will start – this is the longest-running Varaždin race, which is also one of the few in the world with a start at midnight on the transition from the old to the new year and the first sports event in Croatia in 2025.
